Coaching for founders, solopreneurs, and product leaders
I am a coach and a thinking partner for founders, solopreneurs, and product leaders. People who are building things and want someone who has built before to challenge their thinking every week.
A standard coach asks questions and holds space. I do that, and more. I have been a CTO, a head of product, and the founder of two startups that reached millions of users. I bring pattern recognition you would otherwise pay a fractional CTO or CPO for, without taking your equity and without becoming another stakeholder. The product I sell is decision quality, week over week.
Who this is for
You are likely a fit if:
- You are running or building a product, a company, or a serious side project.
- You make most of your decisions alone, and that is starting to feel expensive.
- You have a specific kind of problem in mind. A launch. A pivot. A co-founder conflict. An identity transition. A money decision. You would rather think out loud with someone who has been there than read another book.
- You have some traction or funding ($1K to $50K MRR, or seed). You are past the stage where free advice from Twitter is enough.
You are probably not a fit if you want a generic life coach, a manifestation practice, or a framework of the week.
What I offer
This is a subscription product. Single sessions exist only for verification before subscribing.
Subscription. $1,500 per month. Month-to-month. One 50-minute call per week. Unlimited asynchronous messaging in between. A monthly strategic review document.
This is the real product. Most decisions show up between sessions, not in them. The async access is what makes the difference. You stop saving every question for the call. I become an embedded thinking partner you can ping when you need a sanity check, a counterargument, or a frame for the thing you are about to do.

I work in English, Russian, and Spanish. (My Spanish is daily-conversation fluent. DELE B2. I have not yet coached in it. Early Spanish-speaking clients get a discount for being the first.)
Why me
I have spent twenty years making internet products. CTO. Head of product at Mail.ru Group, one of Russia’s largest internet companies. Founder of two consumer marketplaces that each reached over a million monthly users. I have launched things that worked. I have killed things that did not. I have done large equity negotiations badly the first time and somewhat better the second. I have lived in three countries on three different terms (Russia, Turkey, Spain) and rebuilt a working life in each.
Most coaches selling to founders have never been one. Most founders selling coaching are still operating and have no formal training. I am ICF-certified (ACC) with 150+ hours of practice, and I am an experienced operator. The combination is rare.
I do not pitch myself as a master coach. I am at the beginning of the coaching practice. What I bring on top of the listening is twenty years of operator experience and a habit of seeing the structure underneath the problem. The Russian-market origin of my experience is a conversation point, not a disqualifier. At the thinking-partner level, pattern recognition transfers across markets.
I have also done 200+ hours of personal therapy and several intensive retreats. I am not a therapist, and I do not coach as one. But the work is part of why what comes up in sessions tends to be familiar territory rather than surprise.
